Legalization of documents

You can get the following documents, issued by the authorities of the Russian Federation, legalized in the Embassy.

PLEASE NOTE: The documents listed below (except №1) could be legalized in the Consular Section of the Embassy only when following conditions are met:

  1. The documents (except № 1) need to be first translated into Arabic language and notarized by a Notary Public as a preliminary to their legalization.
  2. The documents should be first legalized in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
  3. The documents should be first legalized or attested in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The Consular Section will not accept the documents of higher education, if the Certificate from the dean’s office or archive (with a full name of holder of higher education diploma, terms of education (entry date/graduation date) and relevant number of the issued diploma) is not provided.

NOTE: You can submit and receive your documents in Consular Section of the Embassy from Monday to Friday from 09.00 till 12.00.

The Embassy of the UAE accepts only cash in Russian roubles.

Fees for consular legalization of appropriately certified invoices are as follows:

2 000 001 and above 0,2% of the total amount of the invoice (kindly check by telephone: 8 495 234 40 60)

 

PLEASE NOTE: Commercial invoices (invoices) should be certified in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (the stamp of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry should be shown on the same page of the total amount of the invoice). Invoices should contain full description of the goods and their trademarks, number and packing type, gross and net weight, quantity and price. The invoice is legalized only along with a Certificate of Origin.

Please call the Consular Section of the Embassy to receive information on required fees, if the amount of the invoice is above 2 000 001 dirham (the UAE currency).

The Embassy of the UAE accepts only cash in Russian roubles.
